6. Payments & Billing
Certain Services require payments, subscriptions, or project-based fees. By purchasing or subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge the payment method provided
- Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in service-level agreements
- Late payments may result in paused services
- Pricing may change, with prior notice to subscribers
All payments are due in the currency specified on our invoices or platforms.
7. Project Engagements & Deliverables
For custom projects (software, websites, designs, etc.):
- Timelines are estimates unless stated contractually
- Client feedback and approvals are required to progress
- Delays caused by the client may shift delivery timelines
- Completed work is delivered after payment is confirmed
- Source codes may be withheld if payments are incomplete
Each project may include its own service agreement or SOW.
8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Some of our Services integrate with third-party APIs, platforms, or tools.
Skillsquared is not responsible for:
- Outages, errors, or limitations from third-party providers
- Changes in their pricing or policies
- Data usage by third parties
Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

- Payments are overdue

You may terminate your use at any time, but previous payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
